At Sigh Psychotherapy, the team is small and intentional - Jessica and her companion, Heaven.

I’m Jessica Jonaidi (RP Qualifying, MACP), offering a warm, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive space for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and mindfulness to support your unique needs.

Heaven, my 9-year-old cat, may join sessions, offering a calm and comforting presence.
